Customer Commitment Letter

To: LianLian Pay International The undersigned company, UnionToken Technology Limited (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), hereby makes the following commitments and agrees to the terms set forth below as conditions precedent to conducting business cooperation with LianLian Pay International (hereinafter referred to as "LianLian"):

1. Service Description and Pricing Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) it provides a multi-model AI API aggregation service platform; (b) all pricing is transparent and free of hidden charges; (c) complete pricing schedules, fee structures, and Terms of Service are published on the Company's official website; and (d) all User Agreements and Privacy Policies are publicly accessible to users.

2. Refund Rights Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) users are entitled to request a full refund of unused Token balance within seven (7) calendar days from the date of top-up; (b) refunds shall be granted for abnormal consumption directly caused by system failures or technical errors, upon verification; (c) first-time top-up users (whose first top-up is completed within thirty (30) calendar days of account registration) are entitled to a full refund of unused Token balance; and (d) the Company has established and publicly published a Refund Policy governing all refund-related matters.

3. User Privacy and Data Protection Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) it shall strictly comply with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance of Hong Kong (Cap. 486); (b) it shall collect only user information that is strictly necessary for the provision of its services; (c) it shall not sell, transfer, or disclose user personal data to any third party except as required by applicable law or regulation; and (d) it shall protect users' rights to access, rectify, restrict processing of, and delete their personal data.

4. Service Availability Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) it shall maintain a monthly service availability of no less than 99.9%; (b) in the event that scheduled maintenance or system upgrades require service interruption, users shall be notified in advance through reasonable means; and (c) in the event that actual service interruption exceeds the agreed SLA threshold, the Company shall provide proportionate service credits or compensation to affected users in accordance with its published SLA policy.

5. Legal and Regulatory Compliance Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) its services, content, and business operations comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements in each jurisdiction in which it operates; (b) it shall not use its services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or prohibited activities; (c) it has established and published clear Terms of Service and an Acceptable Use Policy; and (d) it shall manage non-compliant accounts in accordance with its published Terms of Service, including, where necessary, suspension or termination of service.

6. Payment Security Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) all payment processing shall be conducted through payment processors that comply with the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS); (b) the Company shall not store full payment card numbers, card expiry dates, or CVV/CVC security codes in its systems; (c) the Company has implemented fraud detection and prevention mechanisms; and (d) the Company shall comply with all applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

7. Fee Transparency and Billing Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) users shall receive clear, itemized, and transparent fee explanations prior to any payment; (b) complete fee breakdowns shall be displayed before users confirm any transaction; (c) users shall have continuous, real-time access to their account balance and detailed usage records through the user dashboard; (d) invoice download and management services are available to all users; and (e) the Company shall provide timely and responsive channels for resolving any billing disputes or charge discrepancies.

8. Customer Support Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) it shall maintain effective customer support channels accessible at support@uniontoken.ai, with an initial response time not exceeding twenty-four (24) hours on business days; (b) it has established an internal complaint handling procedure providing substantive responses to user complaints within five (5) business days; and (c) any user complaints referred by LianLian shall be promptly investigated, resolved, and the results shall be reported back to LianLian in a timely manner.

9. Third-Party Service Provider Management Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) all third-party service providers engaged by the Company have undergone security and compliance due diligence prior to engagement; (b) the Company shall enter into written Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) with each provider, specifying the scope of data processing, technical and organizational security measures, confidentiality obligations, and data breach notification procedures; and (c) in the event of any data security incident, unauthorized access, or breach affecting any third-party service provider, the Company shall promptly notify LianLian and take all necessary remedial measures without undue delay.

10. Ongoing Compliance Commitment

The Company hereby commits that: (a) it shall promptly notify LianLian in writing if any material change occurs in its business operations, compliance status, regulatory standing, or legal environment that may reasonably be expected to affect the compliance of its cooperation with LianLian; and (b) the Company shall proactively cooperate with any compliance review, due diligence audit, or investigation conducted by LianLian, and shall provide all requested information and documentation in a timely manner.
