Refund Policy
Overview
UnionToken (hereinafter "we") is an AI API aggregation service platform. Token top-ups are digital goods — once consumed, they cannot be recovered. We are committed to providing refund services to users under the conditions specified in this policy.
Refund Eligibility
- Full refund for unused Token balance within 7 (seven) days of the top-up transaction;
- Refund for abnormal consumption caused by system failures or technical issues, upon verification;
- First-time top-up users (first top-up within 30 days of account registration) may request a full refund for unused Token balance.
Non-Refundable Cases
- Tokens have been fully or partially consumed;
- Top-up is older than 7 days and consumption is not due to system failures;
- Account has been permanently suspended due to policy violations;
- Tokens obtained through promotional codes, coupons, rewards, or other non-paid methods;
- Any other circumstances where refund is not permitted by applicable laws or regulations.
Refund Process
To request a refund, please send an email to the address below with the subject line "Refund Request", including: your registered account email, top-up date, top-up amount, and unused Token balance. We will complete the review within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Special Notes
As an API aggregation layer, Tokens consumed through UnionToken are actually consumed with third-party model providers (such as OpenAI, Anthropic, DeepSeek, etc.). The refund amount is based on the unused Token balance recorded in our system, excluding the portion already consumed by third-party providers. In case of disputes, our backend usage records shall prevail.
Policy Updates
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be notified via site announcements or email. Continued use of the service after any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
